Good Product
It works really well. A little bit complicated to set up, however the instruction manual is very straightforward and helpful. My two cats sit by it all day and wait for it to go off lol. Overall, 5 stars. Good product.
Stopped working in two weeks –
Not worth it
It stopped working in two weeks of me buying it. The set up is a little confusing to figure out.Edit: they did communicate back with me and offered a new machine or a refund! Very helpful! Added two stars.

Started out great not so now
I bought this 4 mo ths ago and now it has stopped keeping time right and dispensing food. Every 2 days I reset the time and it still goes haywire. I have plugged in and it goes crazy. Update 11/28 company sent a replacement and so far no problems.

Terrible product
Coming back to update my review after noticing that it doesn’t even follow the programmed food amount that I entered. I programmed this for 4 OZ and it is only dispensing 1! Feels a little cheap and it was VERY difficult to program. The buttons left me so frustrated and I could not find step-by-step videos on how to program. The directions leave out a lot of important details. Food often comes out slow and gets stuck in the chute. For now, it’s getting the job done, but I definitely would not purchase this again and would only recommend as a cheap option.

Works great but capacity could be bigger
It was time to replace our 2 LeBistro automatic feeders after years of service (and me tripping over one and cracking the container where the food is stored) This seemed like a nice option so I bought one to try it out.It’s sleek, easy to clean and I love the ability to set so many different feeding times throughout the day.I also appreciate being able to plug it in, as the old ones went through D batteries fairly quick (but this one has a battery compartment as a backup should power fail (very smart)I would say that the only drawback was that given it has a double bowl design, I wish it held more food to avoid having to refill, but it really does last quite a while.In any case, I liked it so much I bought a second and over two months in are kitties are pretty happy too.

Not very reliable
We’ve only had this feeder for a few months. I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve had to reprogram it. It works fine at times but then doesn’t work. I check it and the clock is off and all the information is gone and I have to enter all the information again. I don’t know what the problem is. It’s plugged in plus it has batteries. It seemed like a good feeder but I don’t know if I’d buy it again.

Fat cat, his mama, and the vet love it
My cat got too fat and had to go on a diet at his vets direction, he would bother me at all times of the day to try and get more food. I got this timed feeder for him and he since gets 1 small portion of food 3 times a day and is MUCH happier and losing healthy weight! I like that there’s a good amount for storage, displays the time on a small LED, easily programmable, has adjustable portion sizes, has a “lock” option for the top and the screen, and has a “free portion” option in case you want to give them a single portion. The bowl is very easy to clean, no kitty acne here. Cat, cat mama, and vet all very happy!
