Timing & portion control work great!
So far we love the option to set the time & portion to feed while I’m working. I added a short message, but you can’t hear it well while the kibble is dispensing into the metal bowl. My shy rescue was a little anxious on our first attempt, but she runs to the bowl happily now when she hears the kibble dispense. This has been a wonderful option to feed her on her regular schedule since I’ve started a new job & I’m not home for her midday meal. It was easy for me to program & her kibble is small in size, works absolutely perfect for us!!

Excellent Automatic Feeder for Spoiled Cat and Picky Cat Dad
Recently after getting my cat Milo fixed, he’s grown a bigger appetite and wants to eat more than ever. He’s started waking me up SUPER early in the morning for food and won’t let me go back to sleep until he’s fed, no matter how much I try to ignore him. I also tend to have to go out of town frequently for business trips and since my partner accompanies me since they help me run my business, we have to rely on available friends and family to watch him. So an automatic feeder sounded like a good idea between being woken up before the sun and having the added bonus of making sure he gets fed while we’re away in case whoever watches him does not have time to stop by 3 different times throughout the day.I am an older Gen Z cat dad who treats my pets as most people treat their children. I only want the best for my son, Milo, and I’m very picky on quality of things when buying him anything (food, treats, toys, etc.) so I spent awhile trying to find a good cat feeder. I was a bit iffy about spending so much on a cat feeder but I decided to trust the reviews.The quality of everything so far has been excellent. I appreciate the locking mechanism as it’s easy to use but is cat proof so I don’t have to worry about him breaking into the food. I like that the stainless steel bowl is removable so it’ll make future washes a lot easier. My cat has had some minor cat acne on his chin from plastic bowls harboring bacteria and fats and because of this, it was important to me that his next bowl was steel and not plastic. I didn’t really understand the setup at first, but once you realize you need to press AND hold the lock button to set it up, the rest is really easy. I think the voice feature is cool, and though I haven’t used it myself yet, I like that it’s there in case I want to use it especially if I’m gone on a trip I can pre-record a message for him. It’s pretty quiet, doesn’t make a whole lot of noise when dispensing food, only a small whirring noise and the food clinking the bowl while it pours out. I especially enjoy the battery option as a back up in case the power were to ever go out, this is again something important to me as someone who has to go out of town relatively frequently.My very small minor complaint is I wish the manual said how much food is dispensedper portion, as you kind of just have to test it. Please be sure to test the portions using the “hand”/“feed” button before setting up portions per meal to ensure you’re feeding your cat the proper amount as I can guarantee you 1 portion is not as much as you might think it is.As far as value for money goes, I did get this on sale and while I think it was still a little pricey compared to other options, I personally don’t mind spending a little extra to ensure my cat has a good quality product especially for something as important as being fed.Overall, my cat is still learning and understanding exactly what it is and how it works, but he’s slowly starting to understand it and starting to enjoy it. I have peace of mind knowing that once he’s used to it, I will no longer be woken up at unreasonable hours for food and have peace of mind knowing that his care while we’re away is a little more ensured when it comes to making sure he’s fed properly. The setup is relatively easy and the design is nice and has a lot of features I find to be important and beneficial. If you’re looking for an automatic cat feeder but are iffy about spending the money, I think the money is well worth it for a good product.

amazing dog feeder
I got this for my dog, really easy set up honestly.long hold to unlock/lock, click set to set the hour & time (push set for the hour, set for the minute, set for the programed 1-4 feedings)this is in military time, i have a medium sized dog & well use dog food hahah, i have it set to 20 for serving size, (purina for reference) you can click the 👆🏻 button and see what each serving size is. 20 gives about half a bowl i think, my dog eats it while it comes out so i dont have a totally accurate serving size hahah.at first my dog was very skeptical, it was honestly very funny. now his ears perk up and he rushes over, stares at it and then eats while it dispenses. ive inly had this for a day. now i have never had an automatic feeder so im not sure what to expect. but in my opinion it very slowly dispenses 5 pieces of kibble, id say 20 serving size takes a few minutes to complete. this may be because of how big the opening is. id assume with cat food since its smaller it would disperse a ton of food for each serving.the bowl is metal and very good quality. this unit is very functional and honestly gives me comfort in knowing that my dog can be fed while im away.i dont know if i would put water in this, it is very well built & assembled but i dont know, putting water doesnt appeal to me. but i will say this actually holds A LOT OF FOOD. so i would assume it will hold a bunch of water.4 20 servings a day i would say is equivalent to a full standard size bowl of food.very happy with this product

Decent feeder, gets the job done
This is a good feeder for my Fat Cat. We decided to get a measured and timed feeder because Fat Cat grazed neurotically all day. Now she only neurotically hangs around the feeder at the set feeding times, lol!If you have two cats, this one will work for the Fat one, but the Skinny cat will need her own feeder, the kind that is chip or RFID activated because Fat Cat will eat all the food from this feeder and not leave any for Skinny.A comment about the voice recording feature…doesn’t make a very good recording. It’s understandable but doesn’t really sound like me. Fat Cat doesn’t care though, she comes running when she hears the food drop.The 1-4 food measures take some figuring out. I think they’re supposed to be about a Tablespoon each, so a 4 setting will dispense about 1/4 cup. You can set up 4 feeding times per day, so if your creature needs more than a cup of kibble a day, you’re out of luck.Overall I think this is a good value for the money.

Had this for over a year now and it works great. Exactly as described. Has never once failed. We plug it into the wall, but even during power outages, it dispenses food, cuz of the back up batteries. Definitely recommend.

Bien reçu le distributeur de croquettes, en bon état et dans les temps.Très facile pour mettre en service, les instructions sont claires. Bien sûr le message n’est pas vraiment impeccable mais le plus important est la distribution des croquettes. De petites portions que nous devons évaluer. Pour l’instant nous avons programmé 3 portions et 4 repas ! nous verrons à l’usage et nous ajusterons. Nous avons mis 4 grosses piles pour savoir combien de temps cela pouvait tenir. Ce distributeur n’est pas très gros ce qui est parfait, il est blanc avec beaucoup de sécurité : couvercle, programmateur.Le plat est indépendant en inox donc facile à laver.Je recommande ce produit

I was sceptical and not sure I needed automatic feeder but as I was unable to get a cat sitter for a short weekend gateway I decided to give this a go. It’s absolutely brilliant and actually on every day basis adds structure and better feeding routine for my cat. He loves the sound of food popping up and tends to run for every meal now. He also was a bit overweight and is now looking healthier and better having lost few extra grams, which I’m sure is thanks to better routine and portion control. The container is huge which also means I don’t need to worry about storing large cat food bag. So far worked perfectly and never failed to release a feed or get stuck.
