To maintain the filtering effect, it’s recommended to replace the filters every 1 to 2 weeks in summer and 2 to 4 weeks in winter.

How often do you need to change the filter?
To prevent the activated carbon dust from shedding into water, please soak the cat fountain filter in water for 2 minutes then rinse thoroughly under running water before using. 1 to 2 weeks in summer and 2 to 4 weeks in winter. If multiple cats are using the fountain, more frequent replacement will be necessary.

Fits great and easy to use
These remind me of fish tank filters. These are used in my pets drinking fountain. They fit exactly as they are supposed to. They perform great. There’s no leakage and they are a great value.

Product does not fit fountain
The sponge filters are not the correct size for the fountain and they are poor quality. The larger sponge in photos is the correct one the smaller one is what came in box for replacement. Does not fit.

Filters great but no advertised pre-filters included. Customer service a joke.
The filters fit my cat fountain and are great. However this was advertised (and stated on the box I received) as including 4 pre-filter sponges but they do not. There is a card included for friendly and helpful customer support “ which is a joke. I have called numerous times and the phone is answered quickly, goes to on hold music for a very long time & then a recording comes on saying the person at this extension is not available & to leave a message. As expected no one ever calls back.

I bought this filters cis was good price. But the problem was with 1 pic. After few days of using in my cat fountain, I decided to remove it. I saw a fungus or mold formed on the top of the filter with white-green mold, like moldy bread. And that’s the water my cats drink. After that I didn’t use these filters. I don’t know if it’s the filter or the fountain. But before that I bought other filters and I had such a miracle. So I don’t even know what to say.
