Customers find these glow eggs fun for kids and great value for money. They are made of sturdy plastic and glow brightly in the dark for 3 days. Many customers enjoy having a nighttime Easter egg hunt with these eggs. The eggs are firm and solid, not cheap or flimsy. While most customers are satisfied with their performance and color, some have mixed opinions on the size and ease of assembly.

Great Quality!
I expected these to be cool, but I was surprised by the quality of the egg itself. They are firm and solid, not flimsy like others I have used, and they hold the glow sticks in place nicely. Also, the colors of the glow sticks coordinate with the colors of the eggs. They are about the size of chicken eggs, so with the sticks in place, you can fit a small candy bar or jelly beans or money, but not larger items. Also, you don’t want to stuff them full or the glow is significantly reduced. They are water tight and can even float in a pool. I could see using them as decoration after Easter is over. You have to time filling them close to your hunt for maximum brightness. No more prepping days out, but the glow lasts for several hours. My tween and teen who still love an egg hunt really liked the spin by doing it at night. We are in Florida and it was much cooler and the chocolate didn’t melt! And it was just fun!Pro tip: the bags of the glow sticks aren’t labeled for color. Break one stick from each bag before you get started so you know what egg to pair what glow sticks with. It’s hard to tell the colors before they are glowing.

So Much Fun
My kids range in age from 2-9 and they all loved this. The eggs are way more sturdy than the ones you buy in the store. We used 1 glow stick per egg and they glowed just fine. All of my kids thought this was a hit. I loved the fact that they were having fun & there wasn’t a ton of candy involved.

1 box for our 3 kids was perfect!
This was such a fun Easter activity! We have three kids, and we put one of each colored egg in a bag. Each kid drew out two eggs, and those colors were theirs to find throughout the house! After we found all the eggs, we played some egg, toss games, and re-hid them for each other! It was a lot of fun and it wasn’t difficult to put together. We played games with them for over an hour and they were still glowing just fine.

Take your egg hunt to the next level!
I was very pleased with these eggs! Decided to try them with the kids for the first time this year. Every year we do a pretty basic indoor egg hunt b/c of the weather where we live. Our house is only so big so after doing the same egg hunt for 10 years, it’s still always enjoyed however, as an “egg hider” I was bored. New twist thanks to these eggs! A pitch black egg hunt the night before! I was worried the eggs would be cheaply made but they are very on par with any other standard plastic egg. The variety of glow sticks was also very nice!Bottom line is if you’d like to try something different, these are your ticket(s)!

Children had a blast.
Used these for the first time. Awesome. The children loved doing the twilight egg hunt. We got plenty of light sticks so we can reuse them again next year. They were easy to install into the egg. They only downside is that you can only put a couple of pieces of candy in each egg and fold any dollars up small or it will block the glowing stick.

Glow eggs
Were a hit for teens they seem to be bored and too old for traditional hunts so making these easy placeable eggs glow up and fill with money helped end a wonderful Easter for 5teens in my family. We love them and no worries 48eggs can be turned into many more glow eggs with all the extra mini sticks!! I was able to use them with regular eggs and no one complained about finding them lol I love this and it had added a traditional night time hunt splitting the day perfect among family.

The glow sticks don’t last long.
If you snap the glow sticks an hour before your hunt it’s likely that they won’t be glowing anymore for the egg hunters. The eggs were good, but the glow sticks were not!
