Super pleased!
This is an amazing robot. I’ve owned Neato botvacs for about a decade, and finally switched when my D-7 died. Definitely a step up in the game at lower price point. Room mapping is spectacular, scheduling is as expected, and the app is top-notch. By the way, anytime you buy a botvac you need to make sure you check out the app on the App Store to see the ratings, because the app is half the game. I love when it returns to base and it cleans itself. Very rarely will it just pause at some location, don’t know why just yet. Cleaning is solid. Gets around dining room chairs much better than Neato ever could. We have both carpet and vinyl flooring.

So far, working great!
I bought this to replace my last robot vacuum that died after less than 2 years (different brand). My last couple have been better at vacuuming my hard floors but found they weren’t great at carpets. This one does great on both. I have mapped out 3 floors of my house but it is housed on my main floor that needs the most frequent cleaning. When I set it up the app asked if I have pets and since I answered yes (2 labradors and 2 cats) it automatically boosted the suction level. It takes about 45 minutes to clean each floor (covering about 400 sqft). I, of course, have to manually carry it back if not on the main floor, but otherwise it makes its way back to the base and empties every 15 minutes. The self-emptying feature is really loud but thebtesr of the time not bothersome. Overall, really pleased. Hopefully it holds up but I also bought the extended warranty as I find 4 fury creatures especially hard on vacuums!

It works fantastically!
This is amazing! It does a great job, cleans thoroughly. I just had surgery & can’t do any heavy cleaning. I have a dog & also birds. there was always dog hair, bird seed & feather dust on my floor. My other vacuum just didn’t pick it all up. This robot however gets it all! It’s also way quieter than my previous well known brand robot. Love the sled empty function. I love how well this cleaned, I recommended it to a friend.

First robot vac, couldn’t be happier!
First off I should say that I was planning on spending twice this amount on a nicer model. Something happened and my purchase failed and the sale was over so I looked at options and found this one.SO GLAD! I didn’t want a mop feature or anything complicated. I wanted simple, with enough suction to actually pick stuff up. That is exactly what I got.Easy unboxing, plugged it in and charged it, and off we went. Jimmy…we named him Jimmy…did a quick 15 minute mapping session. I was concerned with how the map looked initially, but no worries there because it gains detail every time it cleans.I did need to fix the map a bit, also. Separate some rooms, merge some, and name them all. I also set a No-go zone where there were cords to tangle on. Super easy and intuitive on the app. Setting a schedule is a piece of cake, too.Now Jimmy cleans once a day, and our floor actually stays clean! He does a great job, takes him about an hour, and finishes on the same charge he stated with.He did get hung a few times (cords, curtains, etc) and that drains his battery fast. We now make sure we pick up certain things before he cleans to clear his path, and he has no issues.His noise level while cleaning is minimal. My wife can be on a work call in the same room with no problem. BUT when he visits his home base to have his onboard dust bin emptied…that is loud but only for a few seconds. The dogs do not like that part, but maybe they’ll get used to it.But we love it! No frills, simple and intuitive, ease of use, and actually cleans well. We love Jimmy!

Sucks but not in a good way
This things been garbage. I’m a bit obsessive about a clean house. No shedding animals. Everything in its place. No clutter. Etc. I pushed a vacuum around daily for too long and finally pulled the trigger on this. The freaking roller wheel gets “stuck” multiple times every. Single. Day! Never have had a successful run without having to restart this thing repeatedly. There is barely even a speck of dust on the brush, there certainly isn’t anything wrapped around or otherwise obstructing it from turning. Yet, it’s repeatedly convinced that the brush is stuck and therefore gives up any attempt to continue. It’s like my hubby and kids, do a crap job at a chore you don’t want to do and mom will just do it for you. If it wasn’t such a pita to return something like this I’d have ditched this overpriced AI wannabe day 3. Would NOT buy again.

I’m a little underwhelmed with this vacuum
This vacuum cleans the floors and rugs well and it’s a nice feature that it self cleans the dirt compartment. But, I still need to clean the roller brush and the dust filter daily for them to work properly. I wish this product had the feature like my Dyson vacuum where it cuts the hair that wraps on the brush so it can be sucked into to the dirt compartment. This vacuum doesn’t come with a cleaning brush and the roller brush doesn’t have an easy way to clean the hair that gets wrapped around each end. I’m a little underwhelmed with this vacuum. I hope they make upgrades in future versions.

Definitely worth it
I’ve had this product a little over a mth now and I absolutely love it. Easy to set up and map out my rooms. We have a black lab and 2 cats, I was sweeping several times a day and with this vacuum I don’t have to sweep. Just turn it on through the app and let it do its job. It picks up everything on our hard wood floors and rugs. Would definitely recommend.
