Customers say
Customers find the dog toy fun and entertaining, with one mentioning it keeps their 12-month-old lab engaged. However, the ball’s functionality is poor, with multiple customers reporting it stops working after a week and no longer holds a charge. Moreover, the toy lacks movement, and customers find it doesn’t last long.

Great ball…. FOR 2 DAYS…. SMH
I like it because it kept my dog intertained for a couple of hours, then he managed to tear the rubber coating then he managed to split the plastic ball in two rendering it totally useless…. This ball is a great idea they just need to figure how to make it indestructible then it would be worth what they are charging for it… Get it together and I may consider purchasing again…. This ball last approximately 2 full days and was played with by a Labrador retriever that does not usually destroy his toys, we purchased the large one and have now thrown it away … Buyer beware when purchasing for large dogs12/18/2023Received a nice email from the company and they apologized for the damaged ball, it was not necessary as they have no control over what my dog does, I WILL be watching for any changes hopefully to the size of the ball for larger dogs in hopes it will make it harder for the larger dogs to destroy the ball…. Again thankyou

Great concept
My dog didn’t like it, as he can be easily frightened 😂 but it’s a great concept and can keep an active dog entertained. Wish it had better run time. Don’t recommend on wood floors or spaces where things can roll under 🫡

Engaging
My dog goes wild for this toy. He is stimulated by it and gets excited to play with it. He is a hard chewer and usually most toys do not last very long. This one looks to be able to stand the test of time. Thank you for the quick turn around replacing the one that I had issues with. It was kind of you to send a replacement within a few days!

Don’t waste your money
I bought this for my 50 lb dog. He used it once, then refused to play with it. It’s very heavy, and even on the lowest selection, the vibration hurt his teeth.I pulled it back out a few weeks ago, and he seemed to like it better, but the battery needed recharging. When I went to charge it, I realized that the charger was broken. The manufacturer said it needed to be the right size charger for the product, so I ordered a replacement charger from the manufacturer. It finally came in today, and it doesn’t fit through the tiny hole/port.

Great ball that doesn’t last
She absolutely loves and is obsessed with this ball. The issue I have is, it’s only a been 1-2 months since we got it and already it doesn’t hold a charge. Or it doesn’t turn on anymore. I don’t know what happened. So now she won’t play with it since it doesn’t move anymore. It was expensive to begin with but I thought well it will keep her busy. I’m sad that it doesn’t work very long.

Not what I was expecting
This toy scares my dog or has zero interest and won’t move on carpeting at all, just shakes. Also rolls really fast on hard surfaces to the point I wouldn’t want to get struck in the foot with it. Plus this was supposed to be softball size and it’s more the size of a baseball. My medium size dog can easily fit it in its mouth. It’s a great concept but needs further improvement in my opinion. Like a function if where it were to roll back slowly towards the dog for more solo interaction.

Hysterical to Watch
Well, my dog doesn’t play with it “right,” so he just carries it around letting it shake his brains loose. He loves it though, and it wears him out nonetheless. Loved it so much bought one for a friend. Her dog loves it too. Very fun substitute for a traditional puzzle toy when you’ve got a dog that needs something different.
