Wireless charging doesn’t seem to actually charge without a little help.
I bought this to replace a nearly identical pad that didn’t have the wireless charing module on it. The pad is very nice, smooth to use and the EL wire around the perimeter is pretty good. The wireless charging though, didn’t seem to actually charge. The phone (Galaxy S23) says it’s charging but never progresses. (ie – “98% – 3 m until full” never progresses but instead will go down as if it’s not connected to a charger) It also blinks up “Charger Connected” every minute or so which says that the signal isn’t consistent. (NOTE – The “fingerprint” LED at the top of the charging bad was blinking while the phone was on the pad also.) The phone has a slim TPU case on it that has never been an issue with any other wireless chargers, but I tried with it off to the same result. This all happened while using the power adapter and cable that came with the pad, and when I switched those two pieces to a set that I know to work with another wireless charger and this phone, the issue was resolved. No more “Charger Connected”, no more blinking ‘fingerprint’ button and it appears to charge normally now. Huzzah!

The mat looks great, but ….
I bought this mat and really like the fact that I had the LED light around the edge and that you could change the mode of the lights to different colors. It worked for the first week and now it will not change it stays in one constant mode, the charging pad does work, no matter how you touch it or manipulate it. It will not change the LED around the edge of the mat very disappointed in that aspect. I like the neoprene feel of the mat so I plan to keep it. I just wish the lights would change colors. I have no idea if that’s covered in warranty , however I’m not buying another one to fix it as it was 30 something dollars

Dissapointed
Worked great at first but then it started to randomly change lighting on it’s own then that progressed to it turning off randomly. It got to the point where turning it back on wouldn’t even work. It would just shut right back off. I was able to get it to light up again but it would take numerous times unplugging and plugging it back in before it would even stay on.After that, changing colors/patterns turned into a game of pure luck (if it would even stay on). The one color I want to use won’t even show up now other than in a combination effect which throws off my whole setup. I wish it had no problems because the wireless charging on this works fantastic. It fast charges my Galaxy in under an hour. Who knows how long that will work properly though.I’ll be ordering a similar product with higher reviews. The one time I don’t check first…smh. Stay away from this one unless you want a black only pad with a good (although a gamble if you ask me) wireless charger.

Wireless charging and lights don’t work as expected.
Just unboxed this Christmas present and set it up.The lights: They work, I can cycle through them. However, the light modes don’t work as I would expect they would. You can toggle between individual colors, a gradual change between two colors, flashing between colors, and “breathing”. I would like breathing, but it appears that it cycles through the colors and then just turns off. It does not come back on. After attempting several times, I finally just went with a different light mode.The wireless charging: This did not work with the case I am using. But that’s been hit or miss with other wireless chargers as well. While this normally isn’t an issue with 30W chargers and that it does not with 15W chargers. I was disappointed in seeing this as this mousepad was added to my list because it was 30W wireless charger. (At least in the title, now that I am reviewing the specs, it does have 15W sprinkled throughout the details in some places… I’m actually wondering if they really know if it’s 15W or 30W at this point.) I have removed the case of my phone to test the wireless charging and have found that it does appear to be a 15W charger just gauging from the charge time I’ve seen on wireless charging with this phone and other chargers.I would not recommend this mouse pad at this point unless you’re just looking to have some subpar lighting with a small chance of charging your wireless charging device.
