    I have to say i have always used and bought the standard cocoa powder in the boring brown can. its always been fine . I saw this and thought the price was very completive and worth a try. im glad i ventured off the beaten path. I will always continue to buy this. it has made me a convert! its got a great taste very full and deep. a solid darker chocolate taste that enhances everything i use it in. I primarily use it in making ice cream and in my coffee;. It adds a great rich taste to anything i make mocha. I guess i for some reason expected it to make things sweeter it doesn't at all just give things a fill rich chocolate taste.
