What are the WiFi network requirements to connect to the Pura diffuser?
Pura diffusers use 2.4GHz WiFi networks because the 2.4GHz frequency has a longer range and can extend more easily through walls and through larger homes, creating a better experience for our users. Pura diffusers don’t support 5GHz WiFi networks.
How do the manual buttons work?
Control your Pura Plus through the Pura app or manually with the buttons right on the diffuser. Press once to start a 4-hour timer and again to control scent intensity: strong, medium, subtle, and off.
How long should a fragrance last?
Together, smart vials and Puralas technology deliver a scenting experience of up to 100 hours, per fragrance vial. Using fragrance-specific data, accounting for the size of the room and your intensity, to scent your space.
What type of space will the Pura Plus Cover?
Pura Plus effectively fills large spaces and open concept rooms. It does this by using both internal heaters and a fan to disperse the scent broader.
Are fragrances included?
No, this doesn’t come with any fragrances. Since everyone’s scent preferences are different and we have so many options to chose from, we want to let you pick which scents you would like. Only compatible with Pura fragrance refills.
