Ingredients 3 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farms Espresso Powder 1/2 cup Hoosier Hill Farms Natural Cocoa Powder 1 cup strongly brewed coffee, cooled 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 2 cups fine granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla4 eggs

To Decorate:

Chocolate Frosting of your choiceHoosier Hill Farm Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans

Chocolate Espresso Cake Prep: 15 min | Cook: 30 min | Yield: 14 Servings

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease two 8-inch round cake pans and set aside.

2. Combine butter and sugar in a mixing bowl, beating on medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.

3. In a separate bowl, combine Hoosier Hill Farms Espresso Powder, flour, Hoosier Hill Farms Natural Cocoa Powder, salt, and baking powder.

4. Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, making sure all dry ingredients are incorporated. Once combined, pour in brewed coffee and mix to combine with the cake batter.

5. Divide cake batter between prepared pans. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

6. Remove cake from oven and allow to cool completely.
