   Diet, Energy, Alertness; all without sacrificing taste, all without a sugar rush. All awesome!
   I have been losing weigh recently, simply because I have to, for my own physical health. In doing so, in my heavier days, I always used a old joke to explain “diets”. The joke was, take the “T” out of diet, and you will see how I felt about diets themselves. I purchased both the Strawberry, and Max chocolate flavors of this shake in a can, and while the chocolate is good, strawberry is supreme. Usually, I get my protein from bars, or meats like turkey and fish. I think after drinking this, I might have found a new vice, in a good way.I will say the price is a tad much, I do understand why though, if this were ten dollars less, it would constantly be sold out, I can assure you of this. The taste is like Strawberry Quik in a can, with only a slight diet type aftertaste, which is nowhere near as pronounced as the chocolate formula. It has 60MG of caffeine per can, and 20MG of protein, and clocks in at 90 calories per can. This means even on a low-calorie diet, or even those who simply do not diet, but are looking to scale back their caloric intake, you will not be disappointed with this purchase, of course if you overlook it being a tad pricey. Just keep in mind of the caffeine per can, drink them in the morning, or early afternoon, and stay away from them a few hours before bed, and all will be well. Do NOT shake them either, they will spray out some if you agitate them too much. Chill them for thirty to no more than forty five minutes before drinking, as they get cold fairly quickly.But most of all, enjoy and best wishes to you and yours.Pros: Great taste, no harsh diet aftertaste, made from formula- thus good for those (like me) who are lactose intolerant. Best slightly chilled, DO NOT SHAKE, THEY WILL SPRAY SOME.Cons: What else? they are pricey for only 12 a pack. And some people cannot take caffeine and may be sensitive to it, keep that in mind before you purchase these for yourself or anyone else.

   I am not someone who ever leaves reviews and I’ve been on a health journey and have been looking to find low calorie, good tasting, and good quality protein for my diet.I got the subscription to make it cheaper and had in my calendar to cancel if it tasted bad, but I’m a chocolate milk fanatic, however; you either get good tasting high calorie options, mediocre flavor with low-calorie, or a mixtures of product I’m not looking for. This was exactly what I was looking for! After my first sip I had to do a double check on the ingredients because it was amazing. (Yes there are some additives that made me double check deeper on Yuka – but nothing too alarming)The drink ability is outstanding with a rich chocolate milk thickness while hitting my protein goals and giving a small amount of caffeine which I love. The value for this price is perfect and I personally will be switching from coffee in the mornings after my workout to this.

   Amazing strawberry milk replacement.
   These are fantastic. I love strawberry milk and thought I would give them a try, having very low expectations. But wow was I surprised I was transported back to my childhood where I would secretly and an extra scoop of strawberry nesquik to my milk. These are an exact duplicate, plus adult concerns met. Protein ✅ caffeine ✅ tasty✅ meal replacement ✅ easy on the go✅. Fills all the boxes they are great.

   Deviously Good Protein Shake, No Aftertaste.
   I bought 2 cases of the variety pack.I was pleasantly surprised that they are ALL very flavorful. No aftertaste. No chalky taste. The texture is great. Very convenient. Great way to help get your daily protein in. There is only 1 negative. That would be the price point. If the price point is something that isn’t an issue for you, in my opinion you can’t go wrong with this deviously good protein shake.Another thing that I did with these protein shakes and this would be a GREAT PR campaign for the company. I made icecream with each flavor in my Ninja Creami Deluxe. OMG these flavors make a fantastic icecream with NO aftertaste. You can’t even tell it was made with a protein shake. I also made milkshakes in my Ninja Slushy Machine. WOW just WOW these make a mean milkshake. Fantastic! If I were this company I would set up a TIKTOK account, buy the Ninja Creami and the Ninja Slushy and do TIKTOK videos making icecream and milkshake with these protein shakes and I promise you that if you lowered your price point to $29.99 per case you would not be able to keep up with your sales.

   Almost a perfect option…
   This almost would have been 5 stars for me. I feel the product is a bit too pricey for what you get. If they lowered the price to $30/case of 12, this would be more competitive with other products on the market including Protein Bars.Otherwise, I liked all three flavors Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. The calorie count is perfect. I don’t feel like it was overly sweet like some reviews say. It is sweetened by Sucralose, but that one doesn’t bother me like others (like Xylitol, and Aspartame, which this does not have).I also liked that it wasn’t a watered down flavor and its not like Muscle Milk (that has that metal after taste and makes you feel sluggish later on). This is the perfect mix and I have felt great using it. I only use one every other day. I’d probably kick it up to one a day if it was cheaper.

   Best AM jump start!
   Best tasting morning coffee and protein drink alternative, period. Like it so much I average 3 cans per day. Just enough caffeine to keep you on your feet and just enough protein to fuel your day or at least the first half of the day. The versatility and A+ taste won us over and Spylt has become a pantry staple in our home for all to enjoy. Highly recommended!

   Fast shipping. Perks you right up when feeling low. No yucky after taste. Provides both protein AND caffeine .. what more can you ask for! I’ve tried a lot of protein drinks and my taste buds are sensitive. Spylt (max and reg chocolate) hit the spot for me!
