Number of Bands Because the EVO Bands that come with your EVO Bow are double the length, only 5 bands are needed to create up to 300 pounds of resistance! This is because the equivalent of two bands are created when you stand on them. Due to this, one 50lb band actually creates 100 pounds of total resistance! What are the band weights? 2x50lb bands, 1x 30lb band, 1x20lb band, and 1×10 lb band. Remember, each 50lb band is 50lbs PER SIDE when performing a movement. This means the bands are effectively 2x100lbs, 1x60lbs, 1x40lbs, and 1x20lbs for a total of 320lbs and 300 loadable pounds. How many bands can I use? You can use up to 4 bands at a time! Can I upgrade my EVO Bow? Yes, you can upgrade your EVO Bow to EVO Bow Ultra. How much weight can I use? The EVO Bow can provide up to 300lbs of resistance with the bands included! Material The bow is made of stainless steel and aircraft grade aluminum. Our resistance bands are made from 100% natural latex. Can I carry it on a plane? The EVO Bow is technically possible to fly with, but TSA may not approve of carrying on metal bars. Due to this, always come prepared to pack your EVO Bow into your check-in baggage! User Height The EVO Bow supports a height up to 6 foot 4. PLEASE NOTE: Overhead presses cannot be performed while standing and must be performed while seated. Safety Resistance bands, no matter how high quality, come with the risk of snapping. Make sure to always use a combination of bands where you would not feel in danger if one snapped – according to your current strength and fitness. Never pull resistance bands – from any brand – directly towards your eyes! We also recommend wearing shoes as an extra precaution!
