Where are you made?
We are assembled by hand in Missouri, USA. Our soy wax is 100% American. We source our beautiful vessels from artisans all over the globe.
How can I prevent tunneling and extend the life of my candle?
Make sure you trim the wicks to 1/4″ before lighting. Burn for one hour per inch of width, or a maximum of 4 hours at a time. Let it rest before lighting again.
What if I can hardly smell the scent from the candle?
Fragrance is subjective; what smells strong to one person may be barely noticeable to another! Try lighting the candle in a non-drafty, smaller space, and see if that works.
How to avoid setting my candle on fire?
Some of our candles come with a steel heat shield, which minimizes the risk of the wooden bowl setting on fire. However, make sure to light the candle within view, on a heat-safe surface, and only under adult supervision.
Why does my second candle look different from my first?
Our candles are handmade, from the soy wax, to the vessels, to the assembly of each candle. That means no two are alike. Furthermore, handmade products are more sustainable, with less waste produced during creation.
