Why can’t my feeder connect to the network / the network is always disconnected ?

PAPIFEED automatic cat feeder only supports 2.4GHz network connection. If your network is a 2.4GHz/5GHz interactive network, we recommend setting different account passwords for these two bands to avoid network frequency hopping problems.
