Why does my headset interface show the controller battery capacity at 70% after a full charge?

Because the rechargeable batteries included are NiMH Batteries. It has a voltage of 1.2-1.4v, so even after it is fully charged, it is shown by the headset as 70-80% charged.

The charing dock doesn’t work. What shoud I do?
