Does the collar strap easily become loose?
If correctly installed according to the video, it will not become loose.
How can I check the battery level of the training collar？
Remote: The battery icon will be displayed on the LCD screen.
Receiver: Quickly press the power button twice to check the battery level.
Can I attach a leash to the receiver?
No. Doing so may cause the contact screws to press too tightly against the dog’s neck. Please use a separate collar placed above the receiver.
The light on my collar won’t turn on. How do I turn it on?
Locate the light button on the left side of the remote. Press it briefly to turn on the remote’s light. Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate the receiver’s LED light.
