Yes. can take it off and store it inside the grill and put it on each time use the grill.
They show it mounted across the hanging lid, but can two be mounted over the handles without interfering with the lid?
It mounts over the kettle lip and under the lid it just hangs on kettle. And can be placed any where room permits.
