Top Tip – Find Your Best Fit: Raycon Fitness Open Earbuds hooks rotate. Place the earbud into your ears and place the hook resting comfortably over your ears, with the earbuds placed slightly above your ear canal. Rotate the earbuds gently back and forth to achieve the best fit. This movement will help you find the most comfortabe fit.
Need to reset the buds? – Delete “The Open Earbuds” from the Bluetooth settings on your device and place the earbuds back in its case. Whil earbuds are in the capsule, hold the center reset button for 5 seconds or until the capsule LED flashes yellow 3 times. Close the capsule to complete the reset function.
How to charge your earbuds? Ensure the charging case is charged, indicated by LED on the front; should be an amber or green color. Confirm there is nothing blocking the earbuds from the connection to the case. Insert earbuds into the case and confirm a blinking amber LED on the front of the case, which indicates that the earbuds are charging .
