Which dogs are suitable?
Based on our experience organizing hundreds of dog coursing competitions, some dogs with low chase instincts may not pursue the lure. Therefore, first determine if your dog enjoys chasing! Returns are not accepted as used items affect resale value.
What if the leash breaks during use?
To protect your dog during use, both the safety leash and lure leash are carefully engineered to break upon impact (7-10 kg force) to prevent injury. Simply reconnect them for reuse.
Important
Prevent leg soreness and overexertion in your dog. We recommend this training only for dogs over 12 months old or with fully developed bones. If your dog has a history of bone health issues, consult your veterinarian before starting training.
What should I do if the main unit doesn’t work?
This may occur due to a depleted main unit battery. Ensure it is fully charged before use. The product ships with approximately 30% battery capacity. When fully charged, the charger indicator will display green, indicating normal operation.
What should I do if I encounter issues during use?
Please leave us a message, and we will provide you with a solution. Do not use the product while charging, as this may damage the battery. We recommend disconnecting the power source after a full charge before use.
