THE CREATIVE PROCESS – The artisanal truffle-making process spans three days, beginning with a ganache-like blend of chocolate, cream, and butter that is carefully crystallized and aerated to achieve a soft, airy texture. After a second crystallization, the truffles are coated in a crunchy chocolate shell and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
PARISIAN SAVOIR-FAIRE – Crafted in small batches, each bonbon is meticulously hand-cut, coated, and decorated by our passionate team of 35 chocolatiers using traditional methods within the outskirts of Paris at our chocolate atelier in Nanterre, France.
