    OMG.. haven’t had a rich, thick hot chocolate like this since we were in Spain! I highly recommend this.. I was advised by the reviews to use only whole milk (8oz) or 1/2 & 1/2. Bring milk to almost a boil then add 4-5 teaspoons of the powder mix a spoon at a time while continuing to wisk. Wisk with heat on until desired thickness. Not overly sweet. It’s absolutely wonderful!!!

    Delicious & thick – cheaper than a trip to Madrid!

    This is Not an American chocolate mix that is thin and sweet. It is Spanish style which is thick and not so sweet. It does taste very similar to what I enjoyed in Madrid.
    I mix the powder with some hot water to dissolve it then add Hot milk and stir. If you wait to heat the milk after you dissolve the powder, the chocolate is really thick and it is difficult to stir in the milk without lumps. So, make sure the milk is Hot before you dissolve the powder.
    Otherwise, it is delicious. I wish I had churros to dip, but Those are a bit beyond my skills to make.
