Why can’t my device read the memory card that I bought myself after I inserted it? How can I solve this problem?
The memory card must be in the FAT32 format. The included 64GB memory cards is pre-formatted to FAT32 format. If you are using other memory card, ensure it is FAT32 format. Non-FAT32 cards can be reformatted by a computer or the player.
How long can the battery of this MP3 last during continuous music playback?
The MP3’s battery life in continuous music playback varies by mode:
◎Screen-off state: play local music for about 12 hours；play online music for about 8 hours.
◎ Screen-on state: play local video for about 6 hours；play online video for about 4 hours.
How do I use family link parental controls on the G5?
